Job Description
The ideal candidate will be given the responsibility to maximize sales by converting all types of incoming enquires into bookings whilst providing the best levels of customer service. In return, your passion to excel in the role will be rewarded with an attractive salary & bonus structure along with a limitless scope for career development.

Main Role

  • Finding serviced accommodation for all customers who contact us online and by telephone.
  • Offer reservation advice and customer service tailored to customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Converting leads/enquiries into reservations.
  • Managing reservations on a daily basis.
  • Building business relationships with property providers and established clients.
  • Liaising with property providers to establish any updates or changes on property listings.
  • Sales Administration.


Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • Previous experience in hotel/ serviced apartment reservations/travel sales/real estate lettings or similar role.
  • A strong attention and accuracy to detail.
  • Customer focused outlook with a helpful & friendly attitude.
  • Self-motivated, well-organised and well presented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a small team.
  • A good knowledge of London.
